The quest requires that you turn in 8 samples to Alexa White at -125 -40 145 in abysmal sea.
She takes every sample but Ixt, Noc, and Mastruq.

I just summoned those items and handed them in fine, once I get the character name I can see if your questglobals are messed up.

Just tried again, I hand in the mastruq and Alexsa says she has no need of it.

Database shows you having finished the first quest, so that is why she says she doesnt need it. Did you already get the first reward?

The quest does track progress and for some reason isnt working right. I dont have time to fix this one yet. Once I do, Ill get it working.

Ah. Yeah, I'm stuck at the same point. She accepted the first 8 samples then didn't give me the book and won't accept zun muram or tunat samples. Did the quest on Immago.
