So I handed in the following items to Alexsa, In this order:
Kyv Sample
Mastruq Sample
Noc Sample
Ratuk Sample
Aneuk Sample
Ikaav Sample
Ixt Sample
Ukun Sample

She didn't give me "Alexsa's Research Notes"
When I hail her she says "There is nothing more I can tell you, please take the item you received and get more samples for me."

Upon handing her either the Zun`Muram or Tunat`Muram sample she tells me "I have no need for this immago, you can have it back."

No "Alexsa's Research Notes" either, and she did not accept the two last samples.

You have to turn in the first 7 samples and then hail her again. Then the last two and hail her again after. I ran through it twice.

I just hailed the NPC, she gave me the book, then I gave the 2 last samples, then Hailed her, and she gave me the item

Less spell dmg / heal than the tacvi belt. Check my charbrowswer profile.
