  his is the second time have done this run, and again i killed the beastie.. (01) but when I return to Ansharu he/she/it just stares at me. Is there a way around this.. or something that others have noticed? |

Your not in the static zone are you? just a thought.. make sure you are in the instanced.

Nope. Instanced zone. NPC starts out with the right lines ( find the problem and kill it) but returning to her/it .. well you saw that...

4th time i have run it.. and the most i get is a temporary flag.. but still hailing the high priest gets me squat

From Allakhazam... as i assume the flags run the same... Ancient Kayserops's corpse shrieks as you crack its hard carapace, causing death.
Ancient Kayserops has been slain by _____!
If doing the progression version of this expedition, you also see:
You have gained a character flag! The destruction of the Ancient Kayserops should earn the trust of High Priest Diru.
You say, 'Hail, Ansharu'
Ansharu tells you, 'I heard the squeal of the massive Kayserops even here. Excellent work! I hope that another leader does not rise to take its place any time soon. You must go back and tell Diru of what has happened here!'everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=4473that being said i did hail diru and the scribe also. he asks if i want to leave the sewer instance..\ I receive NO flag on the death of AK. I received a 'temporary flag' off Ansharu on heailing him when AK was dead. this lead nowhere. |

This is correct. After you receive the temporary flag from ansharu, then you need to zone back to barindu and hail the scribe the get the perma flag!!!! =) |

Ok I hailed the Scribe BEFORE i hailed the priest and got a flag message, so hailed priest and then scribe again and i got the completion message.
NO idea what was screwed up.. but woot. lol
