There appears to be 2 spawns for caramon and only 1 of which gives loot and/or credit for the new daily quest. I'm not quite sure if this is intended or not as there are 2 different caramons in the database.

Which gives credit? Before or after you talk to him?

There are two versions of caramon, the first being the one that you hail to spawn the kos version. I have fixed it in the db so that the quest version cannot be aggroed or harmed, so this problem will resolve itself on the next patch.

There's a version of CM that spawns slightly on the ramp, not in his normal location, and does not respond to hails, does not drop loot and does not give quest credit. That, and the Gold Digger clown that spawns like 90% of the time instead of Malystryx is really making this "daily" (currently more than 1 day) quest a massive pain in the ass.

if cm not aggro, i dont bother with a hail, i just walk up and say "challenge". haven't had a problem yet  |

gold digger was fixed other day, just needs to be patched over.
