Aye the neg dmg modifier on the disc removes the buff. They two can't stack, this issue has been fixed on test, and the latest files do reflect this, but they still need to get patched over to live.

But then I ask, why deff disc works and stacks with mammoth spell line from shamans, that give a 10% mod dmg buff ??
