When you have ebon crystals on you and you try to make a purchase the alt currency vendor doesn't recognize your ebon crystals. If you hit reclaim in your inventory window you loose all your Ebon Crystals. I currently just lost 67 ebon crystals that I cashed in and their aren't any gm's currently on. If your not suppose to reclaim your crystals to add the currency then like I said above the vendor is not acknowleging the ebon crystals in the bag. Please help.
thanks
Darkflame
UPDATE! for some reason after i zoned to guild lobby after 10 mins they came in my currency. But do note that it doesn't show when you first hit reclaim. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Not sure why you are having issues with them. All testing I've done and people I've spoken to, once you get the currency into the alt currency window by using reclaim you are good to go. There should be no delay in your ui updating or needing to zone. Make sure you have the latest dbstr file downloaded is about all I can think of.

Gamoril apparently had the same problem. The currency appeared in the window after zoning.
It might be a UI bug, I don't know enough about how this is coded to say. I was thinking maybe zoning forces the client/server information to be refreshed or re-synchronized, but that may be wrong.

Quick question, what Client are you using, I've noticed RoF2 doesn't like to update it right away (thought it ate some of mine as well as some other things) When I use Uf/HoT I don't have any of those issues.

This problem occurs when you use the reclaim button in your Inventory tab in the inventory. If you click on the Alt Currency tab, then click the button to show currencies you don't have, then select Ebon Crystals, then click reclaim, they will show up instantly. I've attached a picture to make it more clear but basically do it through the Alt Currencies tab and you won't have issues.

Ah, I understand the button you're talking about now. Not sure how to go about fixing that. In all my testing I always did it the long way that you just spoke about. I'll do a bit of digging.

Thanks Vinlar sorry for not explaining it clearly enough. I use ROF2 and as they mentioned above if you do it straight through Alt currency it works just fine.
