I've followed the PoP progression guide carefully and should have full access to the elemental planes. Yet, when I attempt to enter POF and other elemental planes, it gives me a "not yet experienced enough" error [level 71]. The Grand Librarian gnome in POK gave me the flags and dialogue for "go collect elemental essences" from the planes. I killed all minibosses in SolRo, and SolRo himself. Miak the Searedsoul outside of POF acknowledges that I killed SolRO and states "enjoy your time in the burning lands."
I also tried using the flag correct NPC in the guild lobby. Any thoughts on what might be causing this?

Have you manually entered the zones? You can't use #zone until you have manually clicked in.

Yes, I get the message when I click the POF portal. Strangely, POA appears to work.

Did you kill all the minis in Sol Ro and not just Sol Ro himself?

Yes, I killed all the minis and hailed the planar projections before killing sol ro.

If you have access to PoA/Earth/Water but not PoF then it's something with your SolRo flags that is messed up. I would recommend repeating the mini's and sol ro.

Go to the Seer in PoK and hail her. Guided Meditation and Unlock Memories will show you the missing flags. Anything that says something like "you have not" is a flag you don't have yet.
