I started two seperate Ogre's (sham/sk) and they both appear to have the same issue in that OOC chat will come through with a significant number of spelling errors. The odd thing is that the text translation is different between the two. Parts of an OOC chat will be readable by the SK but not the sham and vice versa.

Did you check and make sure you're language is set to common tongue?
