Farming for armor quest in Halls of Testing in ToV, accumulated enough armor drops and gems and for good measure took out a cycle of Vindi/Statue/Idol/AoW in Kael, showing I had maxed Claws of Veeshan faction. I go to Skyshrine to do the turns ins but the NPC won't talk to me and I show Kindly to him and all other SS mobs on CoV faction. For good measure I turn in 40 Giant Warrior Helmets in SS for faction and try again, no change yet any quest/npc kill to raise CoV says I'm maxed.

Factions are hard to deal with on custom servers, its probably a code issue. If I see Zephyr on in the morning Ill mention to check it Red

Still showing Kindly to CoV (Ally to Yelinak, despite being the only boss I've killed in Velious for Progression). Will check a few kills in Kael to see if its still showing max Ally on faction hits.

I reduced the faction required to get the items as well.

Worked! Still shows kindly but got my BP tonight. As an aside, does this series of quests not allow MQ? Have components for my bots but he just returns them all back to me.

Nevermind I'm a turd, I'd been trying to turn in MQ armor to the wrong npc. It works!

Hi Guys, I also have this problem. Killing giants around arena in Kael gives the "Your Claws of Veeshan faction could not possibly get any higher" message but conning anything in Skyshrine or WToV shows only kindly faction. I am trying to do the Silver Bracelet of Speed quest (Platinum Tear) from Lendiniara the Keeper but she refuses to talk to me. Are you able to drop the faction requirements on the ToV quests as well, as you did with the Skyshrine armour?
