Hello All,
I know it can be difficult to keep all of the pieces of this complex system working properly. I checked for other threads on this matter and found an old one that was resolved.
I collected the 3 runes of Scale: Top, middle and bottom and gave the Lizard scale cloak to Vilissia after rechecking her dialog. I did not get any error when I turned in all 4 pieces in one transaction. I also did not receive the item.
Any help would be appreciated.
