In today's ornament environment, there is a linear increase in character strength in all areas making all ornament choices very linear (we all have Cleave, Dodge, etc). I would like to introduce the ability to specialize abilities by using %skill mods that not only increases a desired skill, but also decreases a skill that would fall in opposition.
Example: Taurus decides he wants to be a better tank, therefore he chooses to increase his riposte ability with a %skill increase to his BP Ornament (say +2% increments). For every purchased increase of riposte (to better his defenses) he sacrifices half as much (-1%) in 1hs skill mod reducing weapon accuracy (and decreasing his DPS).
Why: Currently characters are defined as overpowered by their Heroic Agility stat. This stat only directly impacts dodge and the defense skill. Heroic Dexterity has effectively a hard cap of 300 coupled with very minor impacts to DPS gains through Heroic Strength and hard caps to spell/heal power, there is no real meaningful character growth beyond Tier 2 raids (Tacvi/NTOV). This also allows for variability and a "sacrifice" to increase character strength in a non-linear way
Some sample skills in order of magnitude as an example NOT FINAL:
Offense Defense

Triple Attack - Swing increase Parried - HDex
