The Overpowering Frenzy Ability makes 3 Frenzy attacks and debuffs the target against subsequent Frenzy and thrown attacks. When testing against the training dummy from a dead start with all abilities available I activated Overpowering Frenzy and saw 3 frenzy attacks for typical Frenzy damage (Which seems odd for Rk II as that is exactly what happens with Rk I as well) and then I proceeded to activate Frenzy. The button animation worked as normal, the button turned red and started counting down the reset timer. However I received the message "Ability Recovery Time Not Yet Met." That is odd since I have not yet used that ability at all. Subsequent tests show that if I use Overpowering Frenzy I cannot use Frenzy at all until Overpowering Frenzy has reset and the debuff it provides has worn off. This appears to negate the purpose of Overpowering Frenzy in the first place as an initial attack that makes subsequent Frenzy attacks more effective. The debuff is timed to wear off a few seconds before Overpowering Frenzy resets so it is not possible that the debuff was meant to make the target more vulnerable to a second Overpowering Frenzy attack but as the game text says "Strikes your opponent with three Frenzy attacks while making them weaker against additional Frenzy and Throwing attacks."
TBH I did not test Overpowering Frenzy like this so it is possible that this is a conflict between the two abilities in general and the rank might not matter at all. This appears to break some pretty core functionality for me as I don't get the benefit of Overpowering Frenzy (150 Ori coins so far) and it turns the Berzerker ultimate ability into the regular Frenzy ability I got at level 5 but with new button text and a a much longer cooldown that locks me out of the very attack this ability is meant to buff. Any help is appreciated!
