Beneficial Spell Haste 12 is not accurate.

I'm seeing that Beneficial Spell Haste should reduce cast times by 60%, but all of my spells are only showing a 50% reduction in time.

I have 4 3.0 second beneficial spells and they are all showing reduced to 1.5 when in reality they should be reduced to 1.2.

Is there a piece of the computation that I am missing?


Just loaded a 3.6 second cast spell and it's only reduced to 1.8
