The Flask of the Fearless keeps bugging me. Sometimes when I click it during a fight it doesn't land the buff and locks discs and some other things until I sit down and stand.
It also says "Unknown spell effect 160 in spell Liquid Courage (id 29436)" every time I use it. I wasn't sure if it's relevant.

Have you tried updating your client with the patcher? Usually unknown spell effects are because of an old spell file.

I haven't had a problem with the flask since I complained.

I think I figured it out. The flask fails if I use it during or soon after using the Fearless discipline. I stopped having the problem because I switched to using the flask first and then hitting fearless rather than the other way around.
