Near the beginning of the Soulfire quest, you need to talk to Groflah Steadirt in the Seafarer's Roost in East Freeport to turn in a quest item and progress in the quest. He is a rare spawn that only spawns at night in the game. I have been sitting in front of his spawn point for days now for 13+ hours per day (checking every few minutes while at work and in the evenings) and he still hasn't spawned! I have seen all of his place holders countless times but never him. At this point, I think this MUST be bugged. Is there any way we can get this fixed so people can do this quest?

I still can't believe how insanely long I had to wait for that spawn. Might want to consider increasing the spawn rate to help other paladins.
