Precision of the Pathfinder won't train beyond 2nd level, although it should. According to Alla, in fact it ought to go to rank 6 at least (if we are basing on OOW) or maybe even rank 9 (at level 75, but ranks 7-9 were TSS era).
Going from memory, I am fairly that with the plain-vanilla PEQ DB it does not have the AA implemented past rank 3 or maybe 4, but level 3 did work.
