I looked for a F.A.Q. or 'read first' about bug reporting to see whether there's any format - did not see one; hopefully the below is reasonable format
[Anecdotal, only my experience - I am not sure how to prove (other than a developer checking logs)]
Background
I am working on the Wurmslayer quest
As a summary, part of it involves slaying two worms in Burning Woods, Azdalin and Gyltin
The former is preceded by a place holder of Gullerback, a named ape
While Gyltin is preceded by a place holder of Entalon, a named wurm
Checks
Observations and issue(s)
I have killed about twenty(?) of them all and each time the lower level Gullerback respawn static, higher level Gullerback respawn and paths and Entalon respawns [not necessarily in that order] - rather meaning there is never any Azdalin, Gyltin or place holders for Gullerback and Entalon
Considerations
Is Azdalin appearing up north simply the wrong location of spawn? or is it because he's on the wrong cycle (e.g. Gyltin's) or both?
While both are faults, the distinction is key because aside from Gullerback being up twice is somewhat confusing, persons might continue killing him and should Azdalin appear in the north (the incorrect spawn location), then they wouldn't think to check there/not find him
As this server seems to often have named mobs up as more the rule and not the exception, that might also be affecting things as it's a double named cycle. Yet I know someone managed to spawn Felia Goldwing in Skyfire the other day, so multiple named cycles do seem to work, just maybe not this one?
Could there be a check of database logs to see whether these ever spawned correctly following their normal expected place holder /cycle and or at least confirm whether an oversight?
Or was this intended, meaning Azdalin was put onto Entalon's/Gylton's spawn cycle to make it easier(I recall Gulllerback [51] being particularly nasty and was a bottleneck to getting the wurms){I hope that isn't the case}
Thank you

Checks
- Gullerback is in-game as is Entalon, they also appear on the Alla-clone
- Azdalin and Gylton are too in game and on the Alla-clone
- Client used : Imperium RoF as linked in forum with RoF Imperium patcher
Observations and issue(s)
- Gullerback and Entalon are always up(seemingly initiatally) When they are slain, within several minutes they return every time[their place holders do not appear]
- Azdalin eventually appears however only after Entalon vanishes without being slain(and is subsequently replaced by Azdalin) - meaning the place holder did not die and then become replaced as normal.
- Azdalin appears on the mob cycle with Glyton (Entalon is meant to be Gylton's place holder)
Here is where you would often intercept Gylton. Yet that's where Azdalin was [in game shot for evidence] - Gylton only seems to appear after 1. Azdalin is slain and 2. A period of about eight hours passes. Here is where he was found, West of Naxot. This is where he would be expected.
- Gullerback is up twice simultaneously. One is a lower level (within several levels) than the other. The former is static on the charred crafter in South West of the zone. The latter, higher level spawns around there then walks across the crater and into south middle of the map and goes on a path.
- There should not be two Gullerback's at the same time.
- The higher level (51) Gullerback should Summon and be resistant to movement debuffs/effects. He does /is neither of those
