I believe I saw it mentioned in the GoD bug forum, but since the last patch I have been experiencing abnormally high lag when I pull more than 10 mobs and I have also noticed I freeze up for 10-15 secs when I'm running past mobs who are attacking me and I riposte them.
Example(s) 1) In PoEb, I had pulled a train and turned around to go collect more mobs, I riposted a mob and my screen froze for ~15 secs, my other character didn't lag out at all but watched as the train-puller got eaten. 2) Warped onto a trash mob in Txevu, stepped back and immediately got a riposte. Froze for ~15 seconds, un-froze just in time to watch myself die.
And also getting these weird moments where my lag bar says I'm having no connectivity problems but all the other pc's on my screen disappear for a few seconds as if I'm getting disconnected and then reappear. I haven't noticed any trigger for that, seems completely random.

Been noticing similar delays. I posted about the adds on tunat causing our group to LD as soon as they hit us. This happened more often with lassitude running. It was amusing watching the adds go from player to player and it was obvious they got DC'd.

I did some testing yesterday and MQ does make things worse, especially if you are actively parsing DPS, but the problem still exists if you are not using MQ at all. These test pulls were 30ish monsters in tactics, so nothing special. First noticed when I pulled Cazic and Bertoc's adds on phase 5. Prior to the patch I had no lag, but after the patch it was pretty noticable.
