Thank you for taking time to read this. The information provided within this guide was primarily provided by Taurus as he has far more experience than I do.
First part this guide will cover progression (order of difficulty of content). I will start slightly before true raid content, I will also note the requirements to do the raids (if any). The second part of this guide will be the gear checklist broken down by raid. The last part of this guide will be some information on where to obtain the gear pieces.
Progression
Pre-Raid:
Caverns of Exile (SolC)/#zone soldungc
Feerrott2 (F2)/#zone feerrott2 - excluding Caramon
InnothuleB(InnyB)/#zone innothuleb - excluding Soth or Council
Hate Fury(HF)/#zone hatesfury - Caramon is roughly on this difficulty level
Soth/Council
Raid:
Fabled Anguish (FA)/#zone wallofslaughter 1327 1726 122
Legendary Anguish (LA) up to Ture
Fabled PoTime (Fabled Time) / Ashengate (one person in the raid must be flagged to request raid)
Legendary Anguish (LA) Hanvar+
Gearing
Fabled Anguish
Armor/Aug: Full Abyss or Infused +1 and fully augged with Abyss/Infused
Weapon: Epic 1.5 or better, abyss off hand if DW.
Tanks: aim for 150k+ hp and 20k ac
Casters: 30k Heal/Spell
DPS: know how to assist and control your aggro
Legendary Anguish/Fabled Time/Ashengate
Weapon: Epic 3.0 or better (drop from FA+)
Tanks: 175k hp and 25k ac
Paladin/SK- should switch to a FA+ 1h and shield for tanking due to the additional augment slots and shield AC.
Warrior- Should continue to dual wield
Obtaining Gear:
Non-Visible (non-vis): Pieces of gear that do not appear on your character model. This typically includes Rings, Earrings, Neck, Face, Belt, Shoulder, and Back slot items.
Visible (vis): Pieces of gear that do appear on your character mode. Head, Chest, Wrist, Arms, Hands, Legs, and Feet slot items.
*Note* - Charm and Power Source are not included. The best charm comes from SolC quest to kill named in SolC (from phoenix mob near zone-in). The only Power Source comes from Txevu final boss Tunat'Muram
Infused
Non-Vis:
These are dropped only from bosses in SolC and F2
SolC- Necks, Mask, Waist, Shoulder, Cloak
F2-Earrings and Rings
Visible:
You need 1 avatar essence (dropped by the 4 dragons in F2) and 100k worth of vendor materials along with a one time purchase of either an infused sewing needle or hammer (33k) based on gear. The vendor materials are sold in #zone potimea near zone in. The recipes are searchable in a loom (leather or cloth) or forge (chain or plate)
Augments:
Made from fragments dropped in F2 and InnyB off non-boss mobs and a single Swirling Sphere of Metamorphosis (240aa or 60.5kpp from Tasselhoff in potime *note* cheaper to buy with AA than PP).
*NOTE* if you are planning to upgrade to abyss vis slot armor only make 2 of each vis slot augment as abyss armor only has 2 slots for this augment type.
Abyss
Non-Vis (Jewelry):
These are upgraded from non +1 versions of infused using a drop from InnyB bosses and combine in a collapsible jewelers bag
Visible:
You need a pattern drop drops from any HF boss (except chest that only drops from Krosnak), a non +1 infused piece, an avatar essence, a swirling sphere of metamorphosis and your infused needle/hammer.
Augment:
*NOTE* These augments do not have focus effects unlike their infused counterpart.
Infused Augment + Abyssal fragment (drop off any boss in HF) + Swirling Sphere of Metamorphosis
Notable Augments
TSS Charm Augment- received for completing TSS progression.
Mistmoore Charm augment - more HP/AC/Spell DMG and Heal than infused jeweler augs, more AC/Spell Damage than Abyss Infused less heroic stats and secondary stats.
InnyB Boss Drops:
-Reaper's Revenge - Crippling Blow for all melee
-Shieldwall - Procs a 12 second buff that increases heals (including from procs) by 25%
-Infused Damage - 1h 30 flat damage
-Infused 2h Damage - 2h 45 flat damage
-Infused Spell Damage - 700 spell damage/healing
-Healer's Will - 500 heal, 250 spell damage - reduced fizzle chance, heroic wis
-Solusek Fury - 500 spell damage, 250 heal, heroic int
Type 3 Augs go into Abyss gear or Pazunia jewelry and are dropped by HF bosses and have the best augment focus effects.
