I have some questions about playing SK after reading pretty much every post here and researching what I can on Zam and Wiki.
I am currently lvl 80 SK with full vis infused and kod taz unlocked with 2 of the trials complete.
1) In the weapon recommend thread, Arek states the best way to farm AAs is with “2.0, sloth, Get out the way, infused damage”. The 2.0 and infused damage make sense to me, but what is Sloth and Get Out the Way? Google and forum don’t turn up much for these terms and I feel like I’m just missing something simple that doesn’t matter at this point but I want to be sure.
2) I have full vis infused but am still having trouble with the Takhisis event, even with a box Druid healer wearing non vis infused and a pop geared cleric and shammy bot. I have an abyss 2H with vendor HoT aug but I can’t sustain enough through silence during the Vex Thal bosses because I can’t heal with my Druid and can’t use the three lvl 80 life taps. Should I be targeting specific AAs or is it something easy like farming a specific aug? Maybe I’m just not timing my Lifeleech disc and AE neck correctly, need to get epic 2.0 (currently I don’t have even 1.0) or this could be a me problem and I just need to git gud. Any advice here would be great.
Thanks for helping! I hope I didn’t come off as a total noob (I am tho).

1. Grimy Stone of the Slothlord and Get Out of the Way are augments sold by the Greedy Goblin merchant in lobby.
2. It's not you...it's the class. Shadowknights are great tanks but they rely on a few keys bits of gear to really thrive. Getting at least your 2.0 done will help greatly.

So to continue this thread a little more in depth.
I have Grimy stone of slothlord, Imperiums Ultimate Weapon Augment and 2h Infused Damage.
Am I better off moving the Ultimate to Slot 8 and getting Get out of the Way and not having the 2h infused damage, or keeping the extra base damage? I'm not sure if more white damage is better than the extra lifetap proc.
