After 55, Monk Disciplines don't completely show up in the combat ability tab. You "can" right click an available slot as you would do if you were in a bathrobe and wiggling your fingers...but who needs that nonesense? So here is the complete list with descriptions.
Note: To open the Combat Abilities window, use ALT+A.
⦁ 74. Clawstriker's Flurry Rk III - You use the Clawstriker's Technique to attack your opponent with three successive tiger-claw punches.
⦁ 69. Dragon Fang - Infuses your body with the power of the dragon, causing your next attack to do extra magical damage.
⦁ 61. Leopard Claw - Infuses your body with the power of the leopard, causing your next attack to do extra magical damage.
⦁ 60. Ashenhand - Allows you to perform an extra melee strike.
⦁ 55. Pain Strike - Strikes your opponent's pressure points, briefly stunning them and causing great pain.
⦁ 52. Thunderkick - Allows you to perform an extra flying kick.
⦁ 42. Armor Crush - Exposes the weaknesses in your opponents armor, allowing increased damage with crushing weapons.
⦁ 32. Whirlwind Kick - You perform a series of flying kicks that strikes all opponents in a small area around you.
⦁ 20. Dragon Strike - Performs an attack that causes your opponent to bleed internally, doing some damage initially and then subsequent damage from blood loss.

⦁ 66. Dreamwalk Disc - Focuses your energy to make you immune to most spells and grant you a sudden burst of movement speed.
⦁ 61. Planeswalk Disc - Allows incredibly freedom of movement, increasing your movement speed, and rendering you immune to movement rate lower effects.
⦁ 50. Nerve Spasm - Causes a nerve in your opponent's body to spasm, lowering their attack rate.
⦁ 37. Quick Feet - Your feet take on new speed, allowing you an increased chance to avoid attacks.
⦁ 25. Nerve Strike - Deadens one of your opponents nerves, lowering their chance to dual wield.
⦁ 22. Leg Sweep - Causes your opponent to fall to the ground, preventing them from moving for a short time.

⦁ 73. Echo of Misdirection Rk III - Distracts your target and those near your target with a phantom sound, leaving them confused for 0:00:12. This ability cannot be used while in combat.

⦁ 70. Rapid Kick - Focuses you energy to substantially increase how often you can flying kick.
⦁ 70. Heel of Kanji - Focuses your internal energy using the technique of Master Kanji. While in this trance, your flying kicks will do much greater damage, have a higher chance of hitting and you will be able to execute them much more frequently.

⦁ 80. Moment of Tranquility Rk III - By remaining still and reflecting on your inner peace, you can refresh a portion of your endurance.
⦁ 77. Third Wind Rk III - Sacrifice endurance to receive a third wind, allowing you an increased endurance regeneration of 195 every six seconds for two minutes.
⦁ 75. Moment of Calm Rk III - By remaining still and reflecting on your inner peace, you can refresh a portion of your endurance.
⦁ 72. Second Wind Rk III - Sacrifice endurance to receive a second wind, allowing you an increased endurance regeneration of 156 every six seconds for two minutes.
⦁ 63. Healing Will Disc - Focuses the power of your will to heal your wounds.
⦁ 47. Focused Aura - Focuses your aura, allowing you to avoid some detrimental spells.
⦁ 40. Fearless Disc - Makes you immune to fear spells.
⦁ 30. Resistant Disc - Makes you more resistant to spells.
⦁ 10. Focused Will Disc - Focuses the energy of your will to heal your wounds. Any aggressive action you take will break your concentration.

⦁ 65. Earthwalk Disc - Joins your body with the strength of the earth, causing you to take greatly decreased melee damage.
⦁ 54. Voiddance Disc - Increases your combat reflexes, allowing you to avoid most attacks.
⦁ 53. Whirlwind Disc - Allows you to perfectly time your counter attacks, riposting every incoming blow.
⦁ 51. Stonestance Disc - Joins your body with the strength of the earth, causing you to take greatly decreased melee damage.
