Hello,
the Epic shaman quest seems buggued, the NPC Bondl Felligan (in North Freeport) doesn't make the Greater spirit appear.
He moves to a room where the spirit should appear, when i say "You can buy booze", but nothing appears!

the npc spawns out in the field not far from gate.

I can confirm the pop of the Greater Spirit worked for my shaman. however, when I tried it again today, the Greater Spirit doesn't pop, instead "Elder Spirit of Enlightement" does.

I couldn't confirm that he worked, just that he spawned (I farmed 12 Tiny Gems and skipped to the end)

I've got a quick question about the last boss fight for the epic (Lord Rak`Ashiir). I did every part of the epic leading up to the fight. I got the tear from the broodling in plane of fear and ran over to City of Mist. I killed Black Reaver's until Lord spawned. I was ally with True Spirit faction (although not completely maxed out). I handed him the tear and he despawned and spawned the epic version of himself and attacked me. When I killed him he just dropped Atramentous Shield and no scale (item needed for the final turn in). Did he not drop the scale because I wasn't completed maxed out on True Spirit faction? Is the scale not 100% drop?
After the fight I grabbed the gem that starts the epic and turned it in again which then maxed out my True Spirit faction. I'm now trying to get another tear to attempt the last fight again. I can only fight Terror in Plane of Fear because the other two golems death touch me and I die instantly, so right now it's slow going to get another tear. I've killed Terror about 4 times now with no broodling spawn.

I was able to get another tear (thanks to whoever left the broodling alive in PoF!) and I tried again. I handed Lord Rak'Ashiir the tear and I got the message that my True Spirit faction couldn't get any higher. Then he despawned, respawned (as a lower con) and attacked me. After I killed him, he still didn't have a scale on him. I don't really know what I'm doing wrong.

The scale was set to 6% drop on the quested version, no idea why. Its at 100% on the quest version now, and I raised it on the regular version as well.
