Unzip the Patcher directly into the clients main folder to use. (this is the same folder that "eqgame.exe" is in)
Create a short-cut of ImperiumPatcher.exe then place that on your desktop to have easy access.

If you're not using the Official Imperium Client, the Patcher will not make it so you are. It only patches a few files necessary to stay up to date. (This keeps loading up the game fast.)
It is highly recommended to download and use our client.
Alternatively you can grab these old depreciated files and add them directly into your clients files.

These next 3 files are no longer kept up to date but will allow you to "get by".

These next 2 files are placed in the Everquest/Resources folder of your client. It will allow you to see all the models properly. If you see naked humans standing around in the guildlobby, you need this file.
