There is a quest mob near Neriak named ''Kirak Vil'' being a paladin quest mob that has to be killed. The mob cannot be killed even if you tell him that you are a paladin, because when you auto-attack him, the system says that the target is too far away and to get closer, even tho if you are right in front of him, at less of 1 meter from him.
In a nutshell, the mob's position is bugged, making anyone unable to attack him even at a required distance to attack. And you cannot spell him, your offensive spell will just be interupted everytime.
