Just wanted to report this.

A moment ago in Infected Paw, my pet that was wielding two summoned Mystical Stilettos of Stabbing (20k hp each) and at full health died spontaneously while fighting 3 elementals. Not really a big deal for a pet that is proccing a lifetap constantly and at 40khp.

Character name is Morhaugn and this happened about 8 minutes ago - 3:03am CST.

Seriously, not sure what's happening, but are you sure your pet was not getting hit by more than three mobs, and that there weren't mobs stuck underworld fighting your pet ? That happens sometimes because of pathing issues, you see only a couple of mobs but more have actually aggro and have pathed to their target stuck underworld.
