With the last patch done on 04/08/15 ( Paladin and Enchanter stun lines level range (level 60+) was increased (your stuns will land on higher level NPCs)
I am finding that level 80+ npc's are still resisting stuns at a very high rate on all lines single and aoe. Not sure if you accounted for 80+ npc's when you made this patch before the expansion release for enchanters/paladins. Below is also other spells that consistently get resisted at high level from augmentations and paladin spell lines that should have a look at and should be able to hit minus certain bosses 80+.
Paladins damage is already low due to them being so tanky i get that but what tools they do have should be able to be used in combat.
Also I would like to add undead spells need a buff they are suppose to be the kings of slaying the undead right along with clerics and right now they don't feel that strong at all when fighting undead and they should super seed other classes in this realm as for dps.
If you feel it will make them too over powered I understand. If not please update and change to your satisfaction on the next earliest patch. Below are few spells that I think should be looked at if anyone else has additional input please feel free to add. I am sure I am missing some things here and there but this is a start. Thanks again for all the hard work.
Augmentations
Sloth Lord (gets resisted alot on 80+ npcs)
Get out of the Way (gets resisted alot on 80+ npcs)
Serpent Bite (gets resisted alot on 80+ npcs)
Spells
Righteous Fury Rk. III PAL/80 weapon imbued (gets resisted 100% @ 80+ might need a buff)
Force of Timorous Rk. III PAL/80 4 sec stun (gets resisted or immuned 80+)
Lesson of Contrition Rk. III PAL/77 10 sec stun (gets resisted or immuned 80+)
Benediction Rk. III PAL/76 (needs undead modifier buff and it gets resisted a lot and paladins suppose to be the kings of undead slaughter)
Remorse for the Fallen Rk. III PAL/75 (healing modifier should be at 80% increase on all healing instant spells for the next 2 direct healing spells and I wasn't seeing this happen with the spells)
Armor of Decorum Rk. III PAL/78 1 min buff missing from spell list
