I have no idea how something like this would work on the back end, but just saying it'd be incredibly awesome if it could be made so that proc animations don't overwrite/interrupt melee animations XD
Not a biggie but was thinking about it the other night when I was thinking about how the HoT animation (from the melee aug gym vender) and the Orb of Sky animations don't do it but like the blood ember BP lifetap proc and most endgame procs do. I think it's like a priority thing.

Proc Animations = Spell Animations they are part of the spell there really is nothing we will do to reduce or eliminate them. Many of them are part of a casters spells, can you picture the caster sitting there doing nothing yet casting spells?, neither can I, would be pretty boring for them.
