Let me start by saying that I am currently still working on my 3.0 for my SK so I certainly do not have all the answers on this topic but these are some of the questions that I have had along the way and the answers that I have been given on them. I hope this helps others and I hope that people will help me correct anything that is wrong or add other information that would be useful.
** Update: I have competed my 3.0 **
Q: How do you get the 3.0?
A: The quest for the 2.0 from live will result in the 3.0 in Imperium
Q: To get the Globe of Discordant Energy do you have to run the Fabled Anguish or can you just do the regular?
A: You must run Fabled.
1. Half Clear: 4 people, with minimal skill, time, and persistence, could farm the first 2 bosses once a day and everyone would eventually have a globe. Although there will never be a guaranteed orb, they actually drop fairly regularly; they aren't super rare.
2. Full Clear: 4 people, who are patient, observant, and prepared can absolutely full clear the zone. Be prepared to die, rez, die, wipe, alter tactics, etc. But if you NEED the full clear, if you can't take it another moment, "bat phone" in the tanks and healers; and add lots of DPS;script breaking DPS.
Q: In the live 2.0 quest it says that I should turn in my 1.5 to get the 2.0. What do I turn in on Imperium?
A: When you did the final turn in on the 2.5 on Imperium there is a "weapon" that is given to you in addition to your 2.5 augment. You use this weapon in place of the 1.5 on the quest. You will turn in your Imperium 2.0 and 2.5 to Magistrate Maven at the end of the quest.
Q: Is the boss fight at the end of the quest for the 3.0 extra difficult?
A: I am not really certain on this one yet. I was told that it is a difficult fight and to definitely have a good group. I am assuming then that this part it easier than getting you Globe from Fabled Anguish.
After completing the 2.0 live quest it will instruct you to seek out Magistrate Maven in the Guild Lobby. Remove all of the augments from your 2.0 first including the 2.5 augment. They when you hail Maven she will ask you to turn in three items. Upon doing this you will be rewarded with your 3.0! Congratulations!
Please feel free to let me know what to change on this.
* Special thanks to Grease for answering most of these questions for me!
